Online Services Agreement
This agreement applies to all platform services,
trading activities, software functionality,
market information and future products made available through Voqnix.
Membership Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.

Users must be legally allowed to enter binding contracts in their jurisdiction.

Funds deposited into accounts must originate from lawful sources.

Users are responsible for compliance with laws in their country.
License Limitations

Voqnix grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

Users may not duplicate, redistribute, resell or misuse platform resources.

Illegal or abusive use may result in account termination.

Financial information, charts, news,
market analysis and third-party information are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.
Users assume all risk associated with investment decisions.
Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may require minimum deposits.
- Trading volume requirements apply.
- Voqnix may modify promotions without notice.
- Bonus abuse may lead to disqualification.
Copy Trading Terms
- A minimum of 10 trades is required to complete the copy trading requirement.
- Voqnix reserves the right to modify or update copy trading features, rules, or requirements without prior notice.
- Any misuse or abuse of the copy trading system may result in account suspension or permanent account restriction.
- Users must complete their active copy trading session before requesting a withdrawal.
- Before withdrawals are enabled, users must maintain a total trading activity volume equivalent to at least 10x their copy trading margin.
- In the event of a loss during an active copy trading session, users are required to restore their trading balance with an amount equivalent to the original copy trading margin before continuing the copy trading session.
- Users are required to maintain a minimum weekly buffer deposit of 50% of their active copy trading amount in their copy trading balance to support liquidity, risk management, and trade execution security.
Referral Terms
- Referral bonuses apply only to eligible new clients.
- Minimum deposit requirements apply.
- Bonus redemption conditions apply.
- Voqnix decisions regarding referral eligibility are final.
Refund Policy

Termination
Voqnix reserves the right to suspend,
restrict or terminate access where users violate platform policies,
engage in prohibited activities,
or create security risks.
